Schedule

I am doing a pretty good job at training Sarah and Julie. They have adapted to my schedule very well. But I thought that just in case they are gone, I should write my schedule down so that other pink things know the system.

I have to have 30 min in the morning of play time (with my favorite ball)
Then many hours of sleeping
I must have lunch at 12 noon or I will just starve!!
Then after lunch comes my salon treatment for 1 hr (brush ,pet, repeat)
Being pampered makes me tired so I have to have my afternoon nap.
Once I get up it is a must that I be petted and adored for at least an hour.
After which I need to have play time again
Then at 8pm my favorite shows come on so I must watch to keep current
Around 10pm I do laps around the house (must stay in shape). Sarah and Julie call this my night-time freakout. I don't know why.
I read a book with Sarah for a while and then it is bed time.
Sarah and Julie go to sleep, which means that I can walk on the table, walk on the kitchen counters, and do all the stuff I can't do when they are awake.
Oh and I have to wake Sarah up at 6am because it is play time again. Sarah doen't like my 6am playtime, I usually have to entertain myself.

That's my day. I think that I am a good trainer. Sarah and Julie seem to like the schedule. I wonder what I will teach them next?

Getting old is for the birds.

The thing that feeds me and pets me just had her 22nd birthday. She is getting a bit old. I mean she seems to be losing her memory. For example, yesterday she should have played with me at 2 am, but instead she slept. Lately, I have had to meow at her to get her to pet me, play with me, and even feed me. I am constantly sharping my claws on her feet to make sure she gets out of bed at 6am everyday. She always forgets to play with me instead of doing other things humans do. This morning she forgot to set her alarm, so I woke her up five minutes before her class started. I am so smart...woa wait....I think I see a moth....

This is my boyfriend, Sandy. He lives in Houston, TX. He is a brave and strong man. I met him online on a chat. It was love at first purrrr. Posted by Picasa

Place of Evil

Hey! The car stopped. Where are we? Well, at least my two pink things are here. I guess we are at the "Vet" whatever that is. Hey, there are some cats inside here! Oh well, I will just pretend that they are not there.

A few minutes later.....

"Ok Zoe, its your turn. Please follow me." says the weird lady in the green.

In the new room...

Finally, I am free of the cage. Hey, this is not home. I wonder if I can hide anywhere. Not here....nor here....there is nowhere to hide!!!! Maybe if I sit in the sink no one will notice me.

"Hello......ah, this must be Zoe. She's beautiful, just look at her colors and markings. Hello Zoe, I am Dr. J."

Why is this lady talking to me. At least she is complimenting my beautiful coat of fur. I can't hold bad taste against her, after all she likes me. Hey.....Wha.....Why.....Wha!!!!???

20 minutes later back in the car on the way home............

Mental Note 1: I do not like the "VET." It pokes me, prods me, puts its fingers in my mouth, gives me things called "SHOTS!!!!!"

Mental Note 2: Try with all my might never to go to the "VET" again.

10 minutes later at home....................

Home!!! I am soooo glad that I am home. Purrrrrrr!!!! What an ordeal.

Final Mental Note: Beware of the cage!!!

HELP...

I overheard the "hand that feeds me" and it said something about a "vet."

I don't know what it is but it wants to take me there. I don't like the sound of it. I am going Google the word "vet" to see if......aaahhhhrrr.......

help......it has me.....let me go.......nooooo
not the cage again.....

Where are we going?

Answer me!

I hate car rides!

Someone......HELP....mmmeeeeooowww

Me and My Favorite Toys

Hi, my name is Zoe. I am a 7 month old himilayan cat. I just moved to this new home 4 weeks ago and I love it. There is so much to do and so much to play with. There are two pink things living in my new house. They call each other Sarah and Julie. Sarah is my pink thing, but Julie is fun to play with. I have to watch her very carefully so I can sneak into her room. It's not fair that she closes her door, but it makes it a challenge to get into her room! I like challenges.

There are lots of things to play with here. I think that there is something living under the sheets on Sarah's bed, but I haven't caught it yet. I have explored under the sheets, but it must have a very good hiding spot, because when I am under the sheets it is on top and when I am on top it is under. Don't worry, I will catch it eventually. My favorite toy are these round, colored things that Sarah refers to as a "ball." I love chasing them. They roll when you touch them and they bounce when you throw them. For some reason though, after the pink things throw them and I kill them they say:

"Go get your ball Zoe! It's right there in front of you."

I think, "Why bother, I've already killed it. It is not going anywhere."

The pink things then continue to throw the "ball" until I have killed it many times. Once it has been dead for a while I just walk away to go find other things to play with. I like living here. There is always excitement.
